Promotion of Access to Information Act
PAIA — Act 2 of 2000
The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”) gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by private bodies. Consular Recordings (Pty) Ltd T/A Haezerstudios is required to compile and make available a PAIA manual in accordance with the Act.
Our PAIA manual sets out the categories of records held by Haezerstudios and the procedure for requesting access to those records.
